In this case, itr may just get Berle to do some real work for a change. Those that quit might have been tired of carrying him.

Berle doesn’t approve of working overtime and on his days off. I don’t blame him.

It’s not a “labor shortage.” It’s a “wage shortage.”

It is actually cheaper to pay overtime than it is to hire additional regular employees. Only problem is it is unsustainable in the long run due to burnout.
