    I think the federalist papers are over-hyped by many. They were a kind of propaganda and probably were not well read at the time.

    Even so Madison still had a hard time defending the Senate, basically saying it was a result of expediency.

    Some kids are smarter than most adults, and some truths are self evident.

    George W was cool with it, John A, not so much.

    Thomas J, James Ma, James Mo, John Q A, and John J supported & defended it until The Constitution was established as our paradigm.

    Andrew J set the precedent for ignoring it altogether.

    I am afraid that there are many who confuse the authors of Federalist Papers with today’s members of the Federalist Society. The two have very little in common.

    The men who wrote the Federalist Papers deeply supported the ratification of the Constitution and the establishment of the central, federal government.

    The Federalist Society advocates for the downfall of the federal government and its members betray any oath to the Constitution that they may ever have taken.
