“Honorable Mention”? Might as well have made it a participation trophy, Echo!

It leaves room (and incentive) for working for a higher goal/trophy.

Well, it’s better than “Mr. Congeniality”… ッ

Marry that woman!

Hey, a trophy is a trophy.

It’s a hell of a lot better than dishonorable mention.

I was the first kid in Sunday School to learn the Lord’s Prayer. The award was a plaque with praying hands on it. To me they were creepy looking, to my sister they were amazing. I gave them to her.

Hopefully she gave him “Honorable Mention” so that he’ll try harder. And hopefully one day she’ll award him the Grand Prize.
