Why are there so many dangerous people attracted to politics? What’s worse is the people who vote for them.

Raise your hand if you saw coming this level of racism, bigotry, and hatred becoming the standard political ideology of the Republican Party.

In defense of Ron DiVisive, it’s the way history was taught in Florida and through the US for many years. Tradition, y’know. Ah, the good ol’ white supremacy days. He and so many other Republicans wanna take us back.

Florida church vows to kick out members who refuse to sign ‘anti-gay pledge’

The anti-LGBT sentiment from religious conservatives has reached a new high with a Jacksonville, Florida Baptist Church making members sign an oath of confirmation in anti-LGBT relationships as part of church membership. First Baptist Church in Jacksonville’s Senior Pastor Heath Lambert has been an outspoken proponent of ‘traditional’ family values and now the church has given members until March 19 to sign the ‘Biblical Sexuality Agreement’ oath or to immediately resign their membership. Lambert says he doesn’t care what members do, and that real Christians do not have a problem with it.

Don’t forget, DeSantis HATES covid shots as well.

’It’s all a fabrication’: Florida teacher blows the lid off Ron DeSantis’ agenda

A teacher in a community just south of Tampa, Florida is suing Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) over an “anti-woke” school policy that has effectively required him to cover up books in his classroom. In an interview with Business Insider published on Friday, Don Falls highlighted what it’s like to be in public education in the Sunshine State right now under the “Stop WOKE Act” — and argued that DeSantis’ education policy is nothing more than a cynical stunt at the expense of teachers and students.

Unwoke fascist liar DeSantis wants to be your president so he can take your rights away.

I recently noticed that about 10% of members of Congress are insane. But, if you just look at republican members of Congress, it shoots up to 20%. How does that happen?

Why do the words “show boating” and “grand standing” come to mind at the mere mention of his name?

I think many are missing one of the more important pieces of this controversy. In AP classes you can earn college credit. By banning it, DeSantis makes clear as to how irrelevant the college dreams (and potential earned credits) of so many of his states’ students are. All to pander to the Christopher Rufo/MAGA crowd.

Has DeSantis officially announced imposition again of Sunset Laws? If not, I can’t think what may be holding this up.

Methinks the laddie doth protest too much. Given the Publican facility for “projecting”, all of DeSantis’s talk about fretting that adding material about Nɛgroɛs to the curriculum “makes kids feel bad” hints that the real problem is that knowing anything about Black History makes DeSantis “feel bad”. (As it correctly should.)

What do you expect from a state that has a horse named the Florida Cracker Horse, and various annual Cracker Festivals.

It’s so amazing how anti conservatives can make a big deal out being challenged or questioned, and attack the individual or group with such vitriol and ad hominem, just because they are ignorant to the point and disagree. DeSantis is far from a racist with his constant fighting for the rights of a state full of so many mixed ethnic backgrounds.
