We have a place on a very large lake. People build condominium buildings all the time and someone will invariably come along and build there condominium complex in front of the older ones, blocking the views!

This is why hillside condos are so popular. Plenty of setback for everybody.

Makes me feel like I’m in a chicken coop. :)
