As a very smart person said yesterday, you can’t have a crime without Intent. So, let’s examine the Intent in the two document cases.

In trump’s case, he packed up many documents and took them to his private residence. Those documents were requested to be returned. After a prolonged back and forth, trump returned a portion and said he had no more. Knowing there were more documents unaccounted for, the government searched trump’s home and found many more documents, some labeled with the highest security clearance available.

In President Biden’s case, documents were discovered in his private office in DC. Later, more were found at his home. In both cases, the Government was not looking for these files, and President Biden’s attorney turned them in as soon as they were found.

If trump gets into trouble, it will be because he lied to authorities about having more documents in his possession. So often, the cover-up, not the crime, sinks people.

It is not against the law that President Biden did not disclose publicly that his attorney found documents and the Special Counsel will examine the case for wrongdoing. If any is found, then President Biden will be held to account. The same can be said for trump.

When the uniroyal rump committed this evil act, the GOP was silent‼️No comparison….but Jim Jordan, rabid animal, and president of the KTA club, is right on it. ‼️☹️
