My cats get zoomies shortly after eating. I feed them what is supposed to be an especially nutritious cat food by Science Diet, which my veterinarian recommends. But I’m not sure I believe the ingredients label. Based on my cats’ behavior after eating it you would think it was 200% sugar! Or even a sugar/caffeine mix!
