Got my flu vaccine way back in September and have the original two and one booster for covid. My doctor and several other medical professionals have advised us to really think about NOT get more boosters as the heart effects are really starting to show up. It’s all a personal choice and if you choose to get or not that is your right.
In 2020 I couldn’t wait to get the first shot in March of that year. Having the co-morbidity characteristics of being old and fat I felt it necessary to hedge my bets and do all I could to keep from getting Covid-19. Nearly three years and three more shots plus mask wearing still I haven’t had so much as a bad cold. Get what ever shot is available. Take care of yourself, this is not an issue of politics.
I will have to admit the third booster and shingles shots I got last Friday gave me flu like symptoms for a day- 100 degree fever, sore arm, general uckiness. By Sunday, I was back to normal, so those who say the shots cause sickness aren’t totally wrong. But, considering that not getting the shots killed my son and brother, I think they probably are a better option.

Not enough of them live in our state, Mr. Deering.

Wow. Deering got a chuckle out of me for Strange Brew and now he draws a good ’toon here too. Christmas may just agree with him!

This is indeed wise. Thank you, sir.
I need a booster and my shingles vaccine. The county stopped the in-home vaccination program, alas.

Read an interesting article on who the 3 wise men might have been. Little said in the New Testament, lots of conjecture the past 2000 years.

When you get the disease that you are triple vaccinated and five times boosted, it might not be effectual.
