Under no circumstance would any company or organization run its operation without signed legal agreements, i.e., vendors, creditors, stockholders, executives, etc. — often required by law.
Workers ain’t got that — in fact we seem to be the only ones not required to be covered by a contract.
A written agreement between employers & workers is not a radical thing in any way, it’s just good business.
Any “greatness” America had in the fifties the right want to go back to was largely brought by the efforts of unions (read that Communists, to the right). The past they hanker for never actually existed.
Just think…this stuff is designed by autistic geeks; Also the Heroic Henry Ford was the 1st CEO to introduce limits on the workers. He actually had a Sociology Dept. to monitor his workers home lives. This included the “sociologists” going into the employees homes.
My blue collar dad & mom raised 5 kids, had two (used) cars for the family, and did it on only dad’s income. And, they never moved in with kids because they had retirement savings, and even left us a nest egg. That doesn’t happen today, sadly.

Robots are delivering food and acting as waitstaff in restaurants because they can’t get anyone to take working like a robot for 2 or 3 bucks an hour.

Is Ron DeSantis Vaccinated? Florida Governor Looks to Investigate Shots
Ron is attacking covid shots because Trump endorsed them.
The murderously anti science republicans are determined to kill off more of their ignorant base with a preventable disease.
