He doesn’t care how many times you say no, when that is ALL YOU DO. Why should he stop doing whatever it is he shouldn’t be doing. It’s not like there are any negative repercussions for doing things he KNOWS he’s not supposed to be doing. The word no means nothing when you don’t back it up with consequences.
