They’re “aloud” to overtly protest.

They all have these enormous desks but use tiny laptops. At least they are each allowed two photos.

Offices? I thought everyone worked from home these days.

First there was the quiet rebellion of coming out as left handed, then scattering his photos around different sides of the desk, then finally he climbs up on the desk and screams it. Oh, there were signs, lots of signs…

10 minutes later? “Just kidding.”

The funny thing is, quiet quitting (at least as defined in several news articles) is simply doing your job without putting in the extra, unpaid effort that bosses have increasingly expected. In other words, doing your job.

Quiet quitter that stutters?

Shout it out!

I once took 3 days to quit. The first night I worked late packing up my desk and all my person files. The second night i copied all my pending sales and brought that list home with me to verify I received all my due commission. The last day was spent emailing and phoning all my customers to inform them as to why I would no longer be their contact and at 2 PM handed the boss my required two weeks notice and, as expected was escorted out. The boss was surprised when i went straight out stopping only for my jacket. It seems no one noticed my desk top was cleared off for two days.

You should hear him declare bankruptcy: “IIIIIII aaaaamm broooooooke!!!”

Why do people think Quiet Quitters is something new. We had them back in the 70’s. We just called them Lazy.

As the ancient wisdom has it, “Beware the anger of a patient man”.

Quiet, quitter!

Talk about saying the quiet part loud.
