If the leftovers start to move when you open the fridge, it’s time to toss it!!!
Turkey sandwiches, turkey soup, turkey enchiladas, turkey tetrazzini, turkey hash, just to name a few.
Back in south Louisiana, my homeland, there’s no such thing as leftover food. That’s what gumbo and jambalaya are for! And if there isn’t enough leftover turkey for a gumbo, we put on our waders and go find some wiggly critters in the swamp. :-)
Turkey dark meat would never last that long in my place.
