Several years ago, when we still lived in San Francisco, I tried smoking the turkey and met with good fortune. Now in British Columbia it’s even better as some neighbours are First Nations and have given me some great lessons, mostly on what herbs to use and combinations with herbs and wood types. And don’t get me started on fry-bread. Looking forward to another great USAian Friendsgiving up here. MMMMMMMM
