For some of us this strip dates us LOL !

And just a little over four years later…

Actually, considering your size and usual location, it’s their feet that you need to avoid.

At the time of this strip, the Las of the Mercury flights had landed two years before and the first crewed Gemini flights were just two months away. It was an interesting time to be alive.

That is not particularly where our government’s head is.

The study of the stars can teach us a lot about physics, chemistry, even the origins of life.

But I’m an Aquarius so of course I’d say that.

Is that ‘fond’ in the older (almost archaic) sense of ‘soft in the head’? Such as is found in Scotland and the North of England.
