It’s Thanksgiving and Indigenous People’s Day up here. Having some Haida and Tlingit ancestors I am going to a local event and will be having a great time, good food, good friends, an opportunity to make new ones and to watch some football. Maybe. Not much of a fan of Montreal or Ottawa.

When it was Columbus Day, I didn’t mind not having it off. I had no interest in honoring a genocidal maniac. Now that it’s Indigenous Peoples’ Day, I hate the fact that it is not a “major” enough holiday to get the day off.

History exists. It’s there whether or not you like it.

Eat your pizza, odds are in favor of Columbus being Portuguese and not Italian. Don’t blame the Portuguese for not wanting him as theirs.

There used to be ones that told their children about the “friends” that were a Bad influence on them & steer them away from Danger. With the degradation of our society, & the destruction of the module family & the notion of letting kids raise themselves, has let these Insanely BAD Influencers gain control of a few generations. The end of the free world is upon us.
