Always “needling” the beleaguered.

I realize it is in the middle of the walk way, but is it a drinking fountain or a birdbath.

It’s a drinking fountain. Otherwise Barbie wouldn’t find it necessary to reassure the man about Marm’s health status. (But as others have said, it’s still not right to let Marm drink out of it).
