It’s not just women who have that problem. I need to bring a friend every time I go shopping for trousers / pants, and I’ve lost the friend (now in hospice) who went with me for 20+ years.
Girlfriend – “Do these jeans make my butt look big?” Me – “…little bit, but I kinda like that.” For the first time ever, she didn’t have a come back. I still miss her.
