I’ve been Circulation Manager at the library for three years now, and I still don’t know what that means. And, no, no raise was involved.

Google says: A manager of operational excellence is in charge of devising strategies to optimize business procedures, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. – sounds like More BS to me.

Translated into common English: “You are looking at the new over worked, under paid fake title holding employee.”

Speaking of titles, when my place of employment wanted to get rid of someone but not fire them, they put the person in “Special Projects.” Basically, it was a place where the person would be so bored that he/she would want to leave.

It means “scapegoat whenever something goes wrong”
