No meds for me, thank you. I need to be outside everyday. I need to walk and move my body, and enjoy nature. It is the best balm for my health. Mornings and evenings are very pleasant.
( I realize meds are appropriate and helpful to some.)
Focus your outdoors activity in the morning and evening hours. Basically, before 10 AM (1000) and after 6 PM (1800) when you have daylight but it’s not as hot.

No, no, no! Go out, sit in the shade, and sip water. Search the grass for the tiny lives being lived. Get outside of yourself, outside!
