Depends on your belief in a Supreme Being that created all things. If you don’t or don’t want to, it’s meaning is whatever you want. If you do believe in a higher authority and that there was intelligent design, you cannot be selfish. You must love and Worship that God and thank Him for your very life. But even more, you must also love everyone else and treat each person the way you would want yourself to be treated as He created everyone of us. Yes we are our brothers’ keeper….
