Isn’t that the truth! I went grocery shopping yesterday and some of the regular products I buy have doubled in price in just a few weeks. It’s disgusting!

Wait a minute. Yesterday this was a recession. You mean you still have jobs? Somebody is spreading the fertilizer a little thick, it seems.

Todays jobs report kinda puts lie to “recession” – not to greedflation however.

A quiet lesson from history, courtesy of my wife’s best friend’s mom: “But you voted for HITLER! How could you possibly do that?”

“He promised us bread when we were starving due to the high inflation…

Most people leave with less in the basket!

“Quick blame Biden before the prices go down again.” Says any Republican.

With the hyperinflation in Germany in the 1920s, that’s exactly what happened. Prices rose every hour.

I had to buy gas twice yesterday at the same station. The price went DOWN 2¢ between the morning fill ($3.27) and evening fill ($3.25).

Gas prices going down….everything else going sky high!

Come harvest time we’ll really see new inflation highs. Worldwide there are already major gaps. Plus, the increase in costs of diesel fuel, fertilizer and processing will drive the cost up. No famine in the USA. However, outside the US things will be grim.
