Ramirez feels so betrayed because for once, Manchin sided with the American people instead of the corporate overlords.

Ramirez believes only in cold hard Republican facts:

    Like Widespread Undetectable Voter Fraud.

    And anything from Alex Jones.

No, because like every other bill in congress that serves a valuable need, a bunch of crap that everyone knew could not pass on its own was tacked on, quadrupling the cost.

Well, Ramirez and the GOP have been wrong about Biden’s efforts so far. I’m willing to risk Biden’s right this time, too.

All criticism and praise are based on economic modeling. Economics is predictive. So, what do the predictions say?

    https://budgetmodel.wharton.upenn.edu/issues/2022/7/29/inflation-reduction-act-preliminary-estimates

Seems that the the criticism is more political than economic.

Carried Interest Loophole Act remains intact thanks to Senator Kyrsten Sinema. Zillionaire hedge fund managers keep their tax perks to pay lower rates. Now we know who she truly represents.

It’s sad that there are so many OBSTRUCTIONISTS in our own government!

They were voted to protect and do good acts for we the people but somehow it turned into the GREEDY SHOW by the GOP and their wack jobs with their own agendas.

One has to wonder what Sinema and Manchin got from Schumer. One thing for sure is that that Manchin sold out the coal industry in his state. Sinema got what she wanted with the removal of the carried interest tax provision but there had to have been some extra sugar for her.

Here’s the thing I don’t like about these kind of votes, when they are totally one sided, partisan, I don’t think they are good deals whether they are Republican or Democrat. I don’t like opposition votes simply because one doesn’t like the other party and we see this far too often on the Democrat side.

It’s a big bill (most bills are) and full of hard words, but that’s still no excuse to base your editorial “analysis” on the crude misrepresentations of the trolls on Fox Noise and elsewhere.

The economy added 528,000 new jobs in July, and dropping America’s unemployment rate to 3.5%, (matching a 50 year all time low). So, this means President Biden’s Administration has added nearly 10 million new jobs in less than 2 years

Republiguns want to turn the USA into Hungary.

Hungarian economy is the 57th-largest economy in the world (out of 188 countries measured by IMF) with $265.037 billion annual output,27 and ranks 40th in the world in terms of GDP per capita measured by purchasing power parity. Hungary has an export-oriented market economy with a heavy emphasis on foreign trade; thus the country is the 35th largest export economy in the world.

with 39.1% overall taxation, which funds the country’s welfare economy.
