When I was late from a date, I hurried home to where I knew four hungry cats were waiting (four is really too many). None of the cats were hungry. Wilamena the Radio Cat had found the kibble bag on top of the refrigerator, ripped a hole in the side and graciously distributed kibble to all.
Ain’t no shelf too high for Blackjack and Moose. Or a drawer Blackjack can’t open. Hence the rubber bands on the two doors where the treats are kept. I really do not want another glass pickle jar on the granite counter episode.We have 15 or 20 foot ceilings (they’re sloped so it depends on where you’re standing) that go from the kitchen to the living room. They will both jump to the counter, then the fridge then the pot shelf. The first time a cat got up there when we moved in years ago, I was petrified it would fall. I tried to coax him down. He would not come. Finally, I watched him jump back to the fridge, counter and floor. Now, I just them them sit up there.
