I remember back in the 70s guys who had vasectomies got a “V” pin to wear on their lapels….anyone else ever heard of this? My brother says I make this stuff up.
Could be he has that cone on because he is either licking his balls or butt to much. I know if I were a cat or a dog I would probably wearing a cone collar like that.
