Tto reassure any girls out there reading this, for most it’s not like this. For most it’s really a not big deal. Just be sure to have pads on hand, because bleeding through your pants turns it into a big deal.

Sounds more like menopause!

When I first started getting my periods, the worst thing was the cramps. An ibuprofen usually fixes that now (or it did before I hit menopause three years ago). I don’t remember getting cold and hot but the fatigue could be bad for a day or two.

“This IS been the longest day of my entire life”?! Grammar MISTAAAAAAAKE!!! I’m so legitimately mad right now, for reelz.

Poor Kat has it bad. Hopefully it’ll mellow out later.
