    Phoenix 2 wounded

    Boston 11 wounded

    Sacramento 1 dead 4 wounded

    Richmond 1 dead

Republicans have built a very effective system of ‘levees’ to stem the tide of progress & direct it… elsewhere?

Every mass shooting, every obvious lie, every poisoned waterway, every fundamental right stolen, invisible man in the sky doctrines, and every wannabe dictator cult strategy just piles the flood of progress higher & higher.

    And when the levees break…

The problem is not as much the second amendment any more, as is the attitudes of so many Americans about THEIR RIGHTS. And, as Bill Maher exhibited on his HBO show 10 days ago, about the increasing spate of movie releases, crowded with firearms use (automatic, military grade etc), loud long exchanges of gunfire, and with themes/titles with VENGEANCE….. Some of the recent mass shootings have been committed by young men who felt cheated, and wanted to act out against their percieved oppressors. Gun owners and gun-regulation supporters better start talking to eachother, and these ultra-violent movies should be boycotted. How many young, impressionable boys are growing up watching this violence on cable TV, movie theaters and their mobile devices?

It is an oppressive burden we here in the US are required to carry when we can’t go anywhere without the fear that some mentally challenged person with a firearm may be deciding to take out their inadequacies by eliminating innocent victims.

Is their hope that — by aggressively curtailing mail-in voting — the sane majority of people will be afraid to risk going to the polls to vote the radical extremist faction out of office?

300 mass shootings in the USA so far this year, the shills of the gunmakers, the Republiguns, plan to hand out more guns, make teachers carry guns, etc.

    Expect more mass shootings.

When told of the mass shooting in Highland Park, Illinois on July 4, the extremist pro-gun, Trump-loving Republican candidate for governor (he just won the primary election here), responded that we should “move on and celebrate” the 4th. This was while the doctors were working to save the lives of the injured and the punk murderer was still on the loose. Not even the useless cliché of thoughts and prayers, just move on and celebrate. His campaign raffled off an assault weapon a while ago to raise money.

He recently won the primary election, and idiots will vote for this monster in November.

As the NRA would say – “that’s not enough – we know the solution – the solution is more guns – we need more guns!

why the human brain can’t exercise prevention is a mystery. We know that each killer was born an innocent baby, not withstanding some serious birth defects. But This country gives the family no support, inadequate mental health services, a societal disregard to children until they misbehave. Early childhood development is key to the lives of humans, with neglect, and lack of health care services and ignorance about how a human develops this problem will never go away. Add such easy access to guns to the mix and here we are.

I read somewhere that the NRA is for any weapon that doesn’t require wheels. So they’ll probably soon endorsing the use of a flame thrower for home defense.

Arizona congresswoman Debbie Lesko said in a pro-gun rant on Tuesday that she doesn’t want anyone to take her guns away because she might need to shoot her five grandchildren one day to “protect” them. "I would do anything, anything, to protect my 5 grandchildren, including, as a last resort, shooting them, if I had to, to protect the lives of my grandchildren.”

If I were the parents of those grandchildren, granny would never be near them again. But then, Lesko raised one of the parents, so possibly that parent is just as nuts.
