Gitmo was created to hold prisoners who have attacked and tried to destroy the American government and way of life. It was placed offshore because the states feared attacks by their sympathizers and followers. The original occupants have moved on. There is plenty of room available for The Donald and his coconspirators to be monitored by official USMC guards on a tropical paradise close to his Florida home.
Garland is stalling in hopes that the Republicans take over the legislature. If they do, the Committee will be disbanded, the evidence thrown out, and Biden impeached. Vote like there is no tomorrow, because if Republicans take over, tomorrow will be very different in a very nasty and permanent way.
Sure wish I was more confident that ANYONE in the DOJ had the same courage as Cassidy Hutchinson. But even a conviction would be overturned as soon as it reached SCROTUS
