Yep. Those who are bound and determined to make women second class (and maybe not even citizens) are VERY HAPPY now that “their” court has abrogated 50 years of progress.

which makes no difference…abortions will continue, only this time breaking the unenforceable laws…Can you say Prohibition? Back alleys are back in business. No one will want to raise taxes to enforce the laws. Cities will make enforcement impossible, and viable fetuses will be murdered. Will the prostrifers try to hush the death of women due to botched abortions? the impossibility of enforcement? Legislating private morality is so silly. How will they select a jury when so many will simply lie and vote not guilty?

Cue the rioters, the “peaceful protesters”, the morons who will burn, loot, destroy property because their ability to murder unborn children is finally going to be put in check by the sane people. Led ,of course, by the so-called " president, speaker of the house and majority Senate leader who cheer on the real insurrectionest who are doing untold damage to this country. With countless methods of birth control nowadays, there is zero reason for abortion on demand. It takes little responsibility to avoid an unwanted pregnancy and don’t give me the argument about rape cases, etc.,which amount to .01% of abortions. All a smokescreen to draw attention to all of the monstrous failures of this Democratic administration. Shameful politicians all.

Like all conservatives, you use an advanced term fetus as the symbol of anti-abortion even though these represent an extremely small percentage of abortions. And those abortions are only performed when the mother’s health is severely at risk or the fetus is deemed non-viable. This is extremely disingenuous.

Your cutie cartoon mis-serves all women who have been stripped of their right to self determination because pompous asses like you feel the need to shove YOUR morality down their throat. You’ve sentenced poor woman, and poor families, to the new slavery. Shame on you and your ilk.

If Heaven is full of people like you, give me Hell.

I remember when America used to condemn other countries for their violations of human rights. Now the whole world is condemning America for ITS violations of human rights.

    And Ramirez is so proud.

So Mr. Ramirez is for Universal Healthcare as most of the fetuses will not be happy with the present system! TX Fertility Rate 60.2 (births per 1,000 women 15-44 years of age). Infant Mortality Rate 5.2 (infant deaths per 1,000 live births). I guess this is high enough for them.

And the result will be more useless and toxic “human” beings like Ramirez or Ted Cruz, who, by their very existence, are poster boys for abortion.

An embryo is not a baby.

And giving an embryo more rights than a woman is completely insane.

Ramirez and other christians are hugging themselves with joy as women in Alabama having a miscarriage or other pregnancy-related emergencies are being refused treatment and left to bleed on the floor of the emergency room.

What about if the mother dies from complication having a baby she couldn’t carry to term? Who responsible for that child? Certainly the GOP wouldn’t think of it…What a bunch of narcissistic cowards! Do as I say not as I do!!!

Ever wonder where the GOP women will go for THEIR abortion?

There will be more to come seeing that the F-ing Thomas has his eyes on contraception, and gay rights. What give them the right to tell people how to live and not knowing of what situations they have? NONE!

Ginny needs to be indicted for the part she played in the insurrection….encouraging it to go forward…and the idiot .Thomas needs to resign. But he’s too arrogant….and stupid…

    Every dog has their day…

Ramirez draws what, a picture of a baby in an egg? Clearly no idea how a fetus develops. No wonder he thinks it has rights, he understands cartoon biology.

Very few (read almost none) babies are aborted at that stage.. but it’s the image the anti abortion crowd projects.

So how many unwanted children are you going to adopt? Or how many will starve? Or be abused in the foster system (which needs to be overhauled). So short sighted, and not thought out. This has always been a political point to deflect from real issues. Here’s a better plan. Since vasectomy’s are reversible, lets just mandate that ALL boys get them at age 12, then when they want to have children responsibly prove they’re ready to be a parent. OOOO don’t like THAT idea do you?

The real reason men want legal abortion is so they don’t have to pay child support.

All voters in the Red States who believe that women should make reproductive choices in consultation with their doctor have an opportunity to let your state know how they feel in November.

Register, show up, and vote. If you don’t, the blame is on you.

P.S., Gay marriage and birth control are on the ballot this November. SCOTUS Justice Thomas told you so in his Concurring Opinion.

This looks the space baby from “2001, A Space Odyssey”. Perhaps Mr. Ramirez thinks that a baby floating in space will get as much prenatal care from Repuglicans as they give to women in their own states.

Zealots like to pretend abortion is about protecting fetuses that look like this cartoon, while the vast majority happen when they look like a tadpole. The reality is 2/3rds of fertilized eggs fail to result in a live birth. If life becomes sacred at conception, where’s the concern over those “deaths”?

The few abortions that happen past viability are horrific tragedies that a decent person wouldn’t exploit for an extreme political narrative.

SCOTUS did not take away anything. It merely put the abortion issue back upon each state in the union where it belonged in the first place.

The only ones at fault are on overturning Roe V Wade are the left. Clinton said Safe, Legal, and Rare. You all went for up to the moment of birth. So look at what’s happening now, riots and demonstrations where abortion is still legal. Time to wake up.

Pregnancies as advanced as the one depicted by Mikey are past the first trimester. The only way a baby this far along would be aborted is if it had for some reason had died and was no longer viable. Something like it’s umbilical cord had wrapped around it’s neck and starved the developing brain of oxygen. Reasonably, it would be aborted to save the life of the mother, as there would be no good point and certainly nothing moral in allowing a woman/girl to die for a dead fetus.

Ah…is this the baby of the woman addicted to crack, raped by her pimp, living in a tent under a bridge?

Pro-Birth supporters stop their “support” at birth. No support for well woman, well baby, health, food, education because in their mind…after BIRTH you are on your own.
