Every president has had to deal with the Saudis. Their recent bloodiness isn’t really news. As long as oil is crucial to the world’s economy the world will turn a blind eye to Saudi Arabia’s sins.
America can take a righteous moral stand toward MBS, or it can whinge about high fuel costs and demand Biden take actions his office really can’t. You can’t have both.
