We have an event called The Cat Parade. A group of friends were out walking one evening and started to notice all the cats in windows in their neighborhood. They told some other friends who wanted to see, and it just sort of burgeoned from there. Now it’s organic, whimsical annual event where people have fun setting up little stages/scenes for their cats in the window, cute signs, etc.
Wilamena the Radio Cat was very good at vogueing. She was a beautiful half-Siamese agouti tabby. When she and Beta, a big, traditional tabby sat on my porch, people would come knocking on my door admiring the two cats. If they were really lucky, she would give them the grooming/yoga display.
