In my experience, and having seen (and occasionally poked fun at) a wide variety of diets and how they supposedly work over the years, I’ve found T-Rex is ultimately right. More often than not, the best way to loose weight is to ensure balance with the caloric input/output and little more. Exactly what that entails will vary on the person. but usually that means eating a little less and exercising a little more.

Red things include mammal blood and red meat. Green things include grasshoppers (before they’re fried) and spider blood.
