I have never seen a sign that says someone loves abortion. It is a necessary medical procedure but I’m sure it isn’t loved. Is Gary (2 and 4) exaggerating or lying.
The point of banning abortions is NOT to reduce their number. Contraceptives, sex education, access to health care and other efforts, would accomplish that. Republicans will ban those when they get to it.
That is NOT the objective.
The objective is to PUNISH SINNERS, women sinners, and especially poor women sinners. (of course, being poor shows that they are not in God’s graces and are therefore sinners anyway)

And does ANYONE, even Varvel, believe that once abortions are made illegal, that they will not be available to Republican legislators, executives and all wealthy people?

Observation, since Roe vs Wade made abortion mainstream, BLACK women with the help of Planned Parenthood had abortion rates grow so much that rate almost tied the birth rate of black women. The KKK would be proud or is the KKK proud?

And the fact that something like 80% of the population supports a woman’s right to choose what to do with her own body doesn’t make a dent in Ole Gary’s reasoning, does it? It’s also interesting to note that the Rethuglicans are perfectly OK with starving babies once they’re born, so apparently they’re only pro-life as long as that life is inside a woman’s body.
