Good question. He wants affirmation of his selection of clothes. Now if it is St. Patrick’s Day, yes it is acceptable, otherwise, you can overdo a good thing and Dan did.

Is Dan color blind? That outfit would be all shades of brown to him if he is. Or…perchance his ancestors were Leprechauns?

I’m guessing he got pinched in March, and will never, NEVER let that happen again.

Reminds me of my old boss way back when. Furniture Store…..Helping customers pick out fabric for their sofa, chair etc. He was color blind, but could put together really nice combinations of colors and patterns. I didn’t find out that he was color blind until several years after I started working there. He’d memorized what actual colors they were and just went from there.
