My wife’s Fiest is weird about her collar. We only take them off to bathe her or to give her a new one, but she will sit and pout until you put a collar back on her, then she prances around like all it right with her world again.
I had a dog who didn’t want his collar ever taken off. We would remove it for baths and brushings. If we didn’t put it back on right after, he would go pick it up and bring it to one of us to remind us.
