CNN chief media correspondent Brian Stelter noted Fox News personality Tucker Carlson has been pushing "this pro-Putin narrative and he’s not the only one on Fox doing it. He’s the most prominent, but we have seen it seep out throughout the right-wing media and to the likes of Mike Pompeo.
“It has been a really shocking to watch the joy and glee with which Russian state television celebrated the prospect of an escalation with Ukraine, which even before this has gotten to this point they have always acknowledged that if Putin were to recognize the independence of these so-called republics, that would mean war against Ukraine,” she explained. “And to watch them celebrating, demanding Champagne in the studio, there was so much laughter and clapping, it was very sinister and hard to watch.”

The former president of the United States doubled down on his praise for Vladimir Putin and criticism of Joe Biden on Wednesday as the US and Russia appear to be experiencing a major breakdown of relations amid Russia’s aggression in Crimea and towards Ukraine.
Donald Trump issued an early-morning statement on Wednesday which crowed that the Russian president was playing his US counterpart “like a drum”, seemingly ignoring the criticism he has faced over the last day regarding his overly-complimentary view of Mr Putin.
Putin is, as a matter of objective reality, one of the most contemptible people on planet Earth. Putin is not merely a dictator who murders his opponents and journalists. He is a war criminal who helped his fellow dictator and war criminal, Assad, massacre more than half a million Syrian citizens —mostly civilians. If there were justice, Putin and Assad would be arrested, tried, convicted, and executed. Even if it did take an entire weekend!

People are also forbidden from posting anything “FALSE,” “indecent,” “MISLEADING,” “profane,” “obscene,” “filthy” or “otherwise objectionable.”

Interesting news in my local paper. the 2 prosecutors working on charging Trump for new NYC DA have suddenly quit, according to the article they are thinking that the new DA doesn’t want to charge Trump no matter what he did because he does not want to charge an ex-president with a crime. I guess being a former GQP president means he is above the law
