Hey, Affie.

I met up with my first friend of the week today (Dan) We had a great time. However when I woke up and heard wind again, I thought “Oh no. Not another bloody storm” but it didn’t become strong it was just a bit blustery. He said he would have picked me up and drove me into town in his car but I said I was OK.

Dan told me that he thought I would have cancelled today because of the wind. No fear! The sun was still shining and it made the day beautiful. Who cares about a bit of blustery wind when the sun is out?

The next friend I’m meeting is Sam. That’s on Thursday where I’ll be going to his house. Sam is the only one out of my 3 guy friends who has a girlfriend. He used to have a massive crush on me and kept asking if we could give it a go. It started to get a bit suffocating to be honest. But we’re still very good friends, I really don’t like clingy men. That’s what he used to be like. I didn’t get angry at him, I just let things ease off on their own.

Stay safe, stay well, stay warm and stay happy, pal. I’d like you to pray for me that there won’t be another storm this week. Next week will be fine because I won’t be meeting anyone.
