I saw David Copperfield play in Vegas. It was fun — I grew up really enjoying his TV specials. But that Vegas show was at least 15 years ago. He seemed just a wee bit bored then, so I can easily believe it’s gotten worse. Perhaps it’s time to retire from doing a show almost every night.
On the other hand, comics are about exaggeration. Perhaps Copperfield was only having an off night and has not actually transmogrified into Gilbert Gottfried.
