You always , say " no " to that question for sure , Buckles in the third panel is just adorable , but I feel so sorry for Paul in the last panel , just because he was honest with his answer .

And this is what we call “foreshadowing”.

Talk about hypocritical, Buckles said that he wouldn’t get mad if told that the collar looked fat, yet he freaked out when Paul told him anyway.

Torpedo number two hot and on target…….

Buckles just got the answer he seemed to be begging for.

The answer is always, Hell No.
