Get fully vaccinated, including a booster. Wear a mask indoors, preferably an N-95. Don’t spend a lot of time indoors around a lot of unmasked people.

Or take your chances getting infected with Omicron.

The whole pandemic scheme is about to implode, once people find out that the numbers have been grossly overstated regarding hospitalization and death rates FROM covid as opposed to WITH covid. The NY governor went off plantation and decided to obtain these numbers, and now all the tyrants must follow suit.

The folks who complain about the CDC guidelines don’t seem to mind that the guy calling the track events constantly updates them on who’s leading, etc. So what’s different? They want to hear about the races… and they do NOT want to hear about how to cope with a life threatening illness whether or not there’s new information.

Honest guidelines change as new information is found, but for people who think injecting disinfectant and shoving a UV light up their butt will cure it, truth is a fairy tale.

I go with gloves and mittens. I’m in Minnesota. Its’ 4 F right now, and I have Reynaud’s Syndrome, so keeping my fingers warm is a big deal. Layers are the key.

When I work outdoors at the food pantry when it is cold, I tend to wear regular gloves AND a pair of plastic gloves over them. This keeps in more warmth while enabling the use of hand sanitizer while I hand out the food and supplies to our clients.

I recently realized how we have sooo many more ads giving people guidance to do what they know, is the right thing to do.
