If he doesn’t come to his senses, he’ll be absent from the courts all year… Pretty selfish of him, depriving the guys from challenging and possibly winning vs the #1.
He knew the rules, but apparently found a doctor who would claim that he had a “valid” medical reason for an exemption. We haven’t been told what that reason was, but it seems that the Australian medical authorities don’t agree that it’s valid.
I wonder what it was. I wonder if it was, “I don’t believe in medical science.”
