Great job! Merry Christmas!

I remember Bill Watterson complained about how the comic strip formula made it difficult to do anything artistically creative. He finally gave up trying to change things and retired Calvin & Hobbes. Today, newspapers are disappearing. How comic strips survive, if they survive is going to be interesting. Personally, I have not looked at a newspaper in several years. I get my comics fix from sites like this. Every once in a while I look to see if there is anything of interest to me. It happens from time to time, but not often. That is the nice thing about this. I can pick and choose.

Beautiful, poignant strip today. I so treasure the strips I love. From Peanuts to Mary Worth (yes, M. Worth, LOL) to my favorites— Calvin and Hobbes and Bloom County…I follow so many strips it takes me an hour to read them every evening.
