If it is true and I’m not saying it isn’t but if it is true that they threatened with being fired for leaving during the tornado emergency, then, they should be sued silly.

Send bezos to the moon.

I’d like to see him working in one of his warehouses to see what the staff have to deal with on a daily basis.

Just how many shirtwaists doe Belzebozos want to sell? Hasn’t he chained and padlocked those doors yet?

There’s only one reason the millionaires and billionaires want everyone to return to work. They don’t make their money. You do.

“Triangle Shirtwaist tested” is a nice touch. I haven’t applied for one of those jobs, but then there wouldn’t be a dry pair of pants once they see I have an MBA.

Avoid amazon. So simple.

Imagine being so bored with your money, you go for joyrides in outer space. I’m glad Joe Manchin is looking out for billionaire astronauts.

This is still, so far, a free country, There are a lot of job openings as we speak, and no one is forced to work at Amazon. They are not alone, UPS, Walmart, thousands of others have the same working regulations.

I don’t faulty Bezos for being brilliant enough to make himself a billionaire. How many complained about Sears when they were the Amazon of pre-internet shopping? In fact, had Sears been forward thinking Bezos would never have had a chance. Instead, the Sears ‘brain-trust’ determined that the internet was just a passing fad. Any of us could have done what Bezos did, we all had that opportunity. Bezos saw the opportunity and seized it. It’s the American dream.

That requirement (if true) to turn in your phone.. would increase productivity in every single establishment. The theft of “time” is huge.

Locking the doors shut, that’s a classic from a factory in India. The reason was stated to prevent smoke breaks. It resulted in many deaths in a fire there. The 80’s I think.

How am I reading this? On my lunch break. Amazon isn’t the only employer who mandates no personal phones at work.

And yet (honestly) how many of us have ordered from Amazon?
