“We” all know the vaccines are a huge government conspiracy to keep us alive longer, so we can pay more taxes! (I just thought the anti-vaxxers could use a more logical argument.:)
Now I am just a semi-retired pædiatric oncologist who has switched to GP and did not do so well in immunology as others (Someone had to get the ‘B’), but I can tell you, it doesn’t work like that.

Tried to arrange to get my covid booster shot. None of the local branches of my pharmacy have it. I would have to wait a week and drive 15 miles. I hope that situation improves.
Turn on the tv and Biden says, “Go get your booster shots NOW!!!” Yeah right.
