I once was a security guard at a hospital that was being torn down…during the day, we had to make sure that the only people there were the deconstruction crew, so we were roaming the halls of all 6 floors to make sure no outsiders were stealing anything. But at night, after the crew was gone, that was interesting to patrol…especially the morgue in the basement.
Ghosts never look like that. And it is interesting what shows up on camera and what doesn’t.
Go to known haunts and there are some large structures including deserted prisons and asylums and even Navy ships. If it is violent go back to your home and hope one of them do not parasitize you and follow you home.
