Uh! Did they gobble the words a lot?

Yeah. The weather is better now than in late Dec. Get it over early.

The people across the street have already put up their Christmas lights and decroations.

Away in the oven. Turkey with no head….

Hark the herald angels sing/ don’t take both ’the turkey wings.

“I’m dreaming of a Thanks-giving, just like the ones I used to know.”

They’ve been wassailing since Halloween. :)

The only song they know is “over the river and through the woods.”

God almighty, not them again. Throw leftovers at them.

Thanks-mas just keeps getting closer and closer…

One of the funniest things I overheard was in a grocery store near Thanksgiving one year; Christmas songs were playing over the speakers and one lady said to her shopping companion, “Christmas songs already? Why aren’t they playing Thanksgiving songs?” Her friend replied, “Ummm… what Thanksgiving songs? Do you even know any Thanksgiving songs??”
