Smart by putting the pumpkins on top of the car so people could see them! Otherwise, you might have had to cut the grass!
Junk is still junk even with pumpkins on it.
The empty cup and straw are nice touches. Shows that Norm went all out.
Obviously, Norm put a lot of time and effort into that display. Let’s see Ludman top it!
