    Clean?

    Sufficiently for daily use; yes.

I recently had to clean out half of my garage so the water well guy could get to my tank to replace it. (40 years old) The silver lining? I found that the water heater (also 40 years old) was leaking and needed to be replaced.

You can never clean something, until you’ve cleaned something else first.

Dilemma time: Clean out my garage so there’s room for my stuff that’s in your garage, or clean out my stuff from your garage while there’s no room for it in my garage. How about I just store my stuff in your garage.

Go ahead, clean his garage, put all your stuff, and anything, of his, that looks good, or, useful, in yours. Clean, arrainge all the good stuff, trash the rest, and LOCK YOUR GARAGE DOOR!!!
