Idiot manager of the motel near Tahoe where I spent last night neglected to put the trash in a locked dumpster. My dog was growling around 2 am, when I opened the door at 4 to check the weather there was trash all over the parking lot. I don’t know how the bears survive eating plastic and other indigestible garbage. Tourists are usually the problem, but living here this is unexcuseable
