Is anyone karen about who is going to pay for the window ? I’m sure the new owner doesn’t remember seeing a broken window on his(?) last tour of the place.
Not that this comic usually makes sense, but the house is sold. The buyers probably will think a broken window that wasn’t there when they bought it is something to be upset about.

The new owners maybe gutting it as they do around here. Buy a house and either take it completely down or just gut the inside.

repairs? the house looks very clean and neat unless she means inside. Also unless she is the buyer she has no right to say dont fix the window
