Yep, Bob has come down off his cookie high.
My recently deceased wife used to do the same thing, she would alter a recipe but not make notes and then it wouldn’t taste the same the next time she would make it.
My former MIL didn’t use recipes…
FIL: Welp, that was good. We’ll never get that again.
